Graeme Aarons

A graduate of Melbourne University in Law . Graeme is a British and Australian citizen with more than 30years experience as an international corporate lawyer with extensive experience in Asia . Former Member of the Australian Government Law Reform Commission. Over the past 20 years. Graeme has acted as a director of some 30 international companies and is currently Chairman of an International Company with Offices in Hong Kong, London, Sydney and Auckland. Graeme is the Founder of a Swiss based international trust company which is now owned by a 200 year old Swiss Private Bank. . He assisted the government of the Canton of Neuchatel Switzerland the centre of the Swiss watch making industry in the introduction of an Economic Incentive program and represented the Canton government in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Jing Jiang Aarons

Jing studied law at Shanghai’s Fudan University and Foreign Trade at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and has gained an MBA from Lausanne Switzerland. Jing was born in Shanghai and is fluent in Mandarin, French and English . Jing came to the UK in the 1990’s and is now a British citizen. Jing has become the main negotiator of representative relations between leading Chinese and British schools. Currently Jing is CEO of a trading company conducting extensive trade with China. In September 2021 Jing was awarded the Freedom of the Worshipful Company of Glass Sellers of City of London for her extensive charity work in AAEF.

Kerry Rubie MBE

Australian born, noted rugby player and rower. Kerry was former Chairman of Leo Burnett Worldwide Inc an American Advertising and marketing company with operations in 87 countries, employing over 6000 with billings in excess of 900 million including famed clients such as Coca Cola, McDonalds, Heinz, Kellogg's, Kraft, Phillip Morris, Proctor & Gamble and Visa International.

Kerry has a wealth of experience in creative advertising, product promotion and the media including radio, television and films.

Kerry has a keen interest in ballet and has given his services to several institutions and charities including acting as Chairman of the Royal Academy of Dance and Chairman of Friends of the Elderly.

Professor Dr. Lin Yi

Professor Lin Yi was born in Hunan Province China and comes from a highly respected academic family. She graduated from University of East London in the UK.

She is supervisor of post doctorates at the School of Arts, Peking University. She’s the executive director of China’s National Center for Research into Intercultural Communication of Arts and Principal Investigator of National Social Science Foundation Significant Arts Research Projects “Research on the Policy and Strategy of International Communication of Chinese Culture and Arts”.

Professor Lin Yi is the Chairperson and Specialist of the International Advisory Board for Promotion of Chinese Arts and Culture at the Confucius Institute Headquarters. She is the Vice President of the China Association for Arts Administration Educators, a board member of the China National Academic Documentary Committee, and an inspector and a board member of the Asian Theater Education Center.

Professor Lin Yi holds several part-time positions internationally. She holds the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Deputy Chair in Cultural Management and is the Chinese representative of the United Nations' Fourth and Fifth World Television Forum. She is an editorial board member of International Journal of Arts Management, a consultative board member of international journal of Higher Education Review in the UK, a consultant for the British Higher Education Network.

Richard Pratt

A British National and fluent Mandarin Speaker. Richard is currently the Director of the Chinese International School Hangzhou Centre China. Between 2005 and 2012 he was a House Master at Eton College and between 1997 and 2005 he also taught Economics and Politics at Eton College. Previous to his position at Eton College he taught at King Edward V1 School Southampton UK, Jianghan University Wuhan China and Xiaogan Teachers College China ( now Hubei Engineering University ). Richard is also a Director of China Grassroots Football which works to develop football related activities in Chinese Schools.

Jason Gu

A Chinese technologist. Jason holds an Honours Degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London . He has been employed as a computer software developer of sophisticated products for the UK Financial Services Industry working on projects for Credit Suisse Bank and Goldman Sachs . Currently Jason resides in Vancouver Canada with close alliance to the Asian community and employed as software development manager for Amazon North America. He comes from an international background where he spent 16 years in China, 4 years in Singapore, 10 years in the UK and recently moved to Canada. Jason has a keen interest in providing opportunities to talented youth to receive the best education and international employment opportunities.
